Megan Ybarra

Megan Ybarra is an Associate Professor in the Geology Department at the University of Washington, Seattle. She has also worked with La Resistencia, a local immigrant rights organization that works around issues related to the Northwest Detention Center. In this interview, Ybarra discusses the advocacy work of La Resistencia, the environmental concerns related to the detention center site, and other concerns related to the treatment of migrants at the NWDC.
